Consistently cross stitching has always been an issue for me and I was really hoping to get better about stitching more stuff as I have so many patterns that I have bought in the last 12 months plus that need to be stitched. It has been months since I stitched another chicken from Lori Holt's Chicken series and I still have 7 to go in order to finish the series, but never started one this month either. Maybe next month or at least that's what I'm telling myself.
This month I was able to finish the Nine Patch 12-month series by Lindsay Weight with Primrose Cottage as I only had the month of May left to do. I still haven't committed to another 12 month series and not sure that I will at this point, but who knows by the time I post next months progress I might have picked something else to do.
I completed another project in addition to the Nine Patch and that was a cute project called, STITCH, that was part of a box you can only purchase through Fat Quarter Shop and the pattern is part of the package. After finishing it and putting it in the top of the box I decided to finish the underside with a piece of fabric to cover up how it was mounted. For now I have some extra DMC floss stored inside.
